Each chapter's queen is an ambassador to the other
chapters. Her year-long reign starts with her coronation,
and each reigning queen
visits all the the chapters through the year.
The chapter hosting the annual Convention selects the
State Queen.
All Past Queens are a
sisterhood of cameraderie.
A coronation is an occasion to hold a gala party.
Chapters issue an official flyer [*] generally about
two months prior to the event and all details become certain
at that time. The
